Hello, I am the creator of "Sweet Spectations". Since I was a young child I have always loved baking and creating delicious pastries. I began to professionally pursue my passion for baking, and earned a degree in Culinary Arts specializing in baking and pastry arts, in early 2009.  Everything is created by me from the design to the flavors, and meticulously handcrafted from the beginning to end. Additionally, I advise my clients and help them make the  best decision for their custom design.

All of my baked goods are made with fresh quality ingredients. When available I use locally sourced ingredients.
